from Emma's mother - emails where she personally admits to my paternity,
and pertinent dates and calculations that leave very little doubt about
me being the biological father of
Emma Stoops DiGuilio.

tells her friends that I am not Emma's father. The proof
is in her own words....her failure to deal with her own decisions from
the past are no reason to deny a daughter and father's right to be a

1. Video
showing that the mother Jennifer DiGuilio (Stoops)
and I were dating during OCT 1991 and involved in a
relationship.
Filmed during Halloween 1991, this video was made
while the mother (Jennifer) was already 2 weeks
pregnant. Jennifer's date of pregnancy was
calculated to be October 18th, 1991. The video shows
myself, Jennifer and my daughter Courtney during
that time and we are clearly involved in a
relationship and talking about our future family
plans.....
2. Video filmed
during NOV 1991 discussing mine and Jennifer
DiGuilio's new pregnancy with my young daughter
Courtney.
Filmed during
November 1991, this video was made while the mother
(Jennifer) was in the United States. Jennifer had
informed me that she was traveling to the US to
collect her property and file for a divorce from her
spouse that she had been separated from. The video
shows myself speaking with my 3 year old daughter
about various things including mine and Jennifer's
new baby and the fact that she will soon be having a
new little "brother" or "sister"....
