We all love Emma
Emma has never been told about her
father or his family in the U.S.A.
She has a father, three sisters,
grandparents, great-grandparents, an aunt and uncle and many other relatives
on her father's side of the family.
We all love Emma (even thought she
does not yet know of us) and we hope to get to know her and her mother's
family very soon.

-
Emma looked just like her daddy as a baby
-
Emma has her father's smile and complexion
-
Emma and her sisters are very much alike

A FATHER'S HOPE
Please
help. I am desperately trying
to get to know my daughter in Germany. Even if she does not find out
about her father until she is an adult, I'd like for her to at least be able
to have a good place to start should she come looking for me.
Emma does not share my last name. I am not listed
on her birth certificate and I have no idea what she has been told about
where she comes from or anything about her father.
Emma's family will not communicate with me. She
does not live with her mother (I do not know why) and her grandparents have
ignored my requests to ask about her.
Fathers have rights too. We are equal parents and
just as capable as mothers (and sometimes more capable). As a prior single
parent myself, I know that my children ALWAYS come first.
ANY individual
support (whether by prayers,
comments or more) are greatly honored and appreciated by me and my
entire family.
Someday soon....this site may be a remnant of the
past as I seek to have my paternal rights established and enforced.
If
Emma's mother and family will not be kind enough
to share knowledge and information about a father's child (which is my
legal
right), then perhaps the law and compassionate hearted people like you can
help my quest.
Thank you to all for your
support and words of
encouragement.
Sincerely,
Derrel S. Stratton

Emma - Meet your family in the U.S.A.
Here is a quick look into the world that
Emma has never known about.
Emma's biological father, his wife, her half-sisters and more. Emma looks so much like her father
did when he was a teenager. She would be very surprised to see just how much
(photos of Derrel as a teen soon to be added). We dearly hope to be united
with Emma soon. In the meantime we would love it if her family would be so
kind as to share photos and knowledge about Emma with our family. Emmas
father is praying and hoping for contact with his daughter in Gernmany.
If Emma should ever find this website, we hope she will
feel welcome and contact us without any worries. Here is a look at the
family you have not met dear Emma...we hope to hear from you soon.

Your Father:
Emma, your father is currently 42 years
old and so much like you. I have very thick brown hair and light brown
eyes.
Your Sisters:Emma,
you have 3 half-sisters.
One older sister (by 3 1/2 years) and two younger sisters.
Courtney was born while I was
married and stationed in the Army at Fort Devens in Massachusetts. She was born
by c-section (just like you Emma). I had always hoped to have a baby girl ever
since I was little boy and dreamed of having a family. Courtney has brown hair
and green eyes. Courtney has been with her daddy through "thick and thin". She
and I were together alone in Berlin after my divorce (when I met your mother)
and I raised her as a single parent until she was 8 years old. Courtney wore
braces as a teenager and attended private Catholic schools. Courtney is
currently 20
years old and attending the University of Alabama in
Huntsville. You and her are very much
alike. She loves tennis, playing guitar, Lord of the Rings and
the Harry Potter novels. She is very talented in music, voice
and the arts. She loves animals and has had almost every pet
imaginable at one time or another. Courtney knows about her
sister Emma in Germany and is anxiously awaiting to write and
communicate with you soon.
Caitlin was also
born by c-section. She has light brown hair and light brown
eyes. Caitlin is currently 9 years old and attending private
Catholic school. She is very athletic and talented with
computers and video games. She is a pretty tough little girl and
is in the Girl Scouts. She looks exactly like a perfect
combination of both her father and her mother. She spends a lot
of time outdoors. Caitlin loves to read and she loves Star Wars
(just like her daddy). She is too young to yet know about her
sister Emma in Germany. We hope to tell her soon when Emma
can hopefully meet us all.
Cassidy too was
born by c-section - SURPRISE - who would have known that all 4
of my daughters would come into this world by c-section? That is
amazing! Funny too that she came out with hair all over her
head, little legs, arms, back and butt. Baby hair that quickly
went away (no caveman babies). She now has normal dark brown
hair and hazel green eyes. Cassidy is currently 3 years old and
getting into everything. She is very
funny and such a good girl. Now that I have a glimpse into
Emma's life I find myself thinking of Emma every time I hold
Cassidy and play with her and wish I could have had the chance
to do the same with Emma.
Your Father's side of the Family:
To be continued...
